"Our plans for the future are to scale what we’re currently doing in LA and provide these opportunities across the country. We’re currently building out an online version of our curriculum so that we can take more than 10 people through the program at once and their geography won’t impede them. If they graduate they then become accessible in our marketplace where companies can learn more about our Fellows and offer them jobs. Our goal is to build an incredible marketplace of diverse talent, and when we talk about diversity we don’t mean the color of someone’s skin or their gender, we mean true diversity of lived experiences, thoughts and insights–that’ll benefit the Fellows, their communities, companies and society in general."
